Avaya Certification Framework
The Avaya Certification Framework outlines the path to becoming an Avaya Certified Expert. When you log-on to the Avaya Learning Centre, green, yellow, or red status indicators appear on the diagram to the right based on your progress within the Certification program. By clicking on the components of the diagram, you may learn more about that particular credential. Being a registered Avaya Learning Centre user has it's privileges. Register now!
 


  Not sure what to do? Follow these steps.

 
  Step 1: Avaya Certified Associate  
  All Candidates enter Avaya Certification by earning the Avaya Certified Associate
credential (ACA). This credential is the
prerequisite for all other Avaya Certifications.
 
 
  Step 2: Avaya Certified Specialist  
  After earning your ACA, candidates may
pursue their Specialist level certification.
Depending on function of work, you may choose the Design or Implementation track.
 
 
  Step 3: Avaya Certified Expert  
  Avaya has introduced the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Expert Level exams! Depending on your function of work, you may choose the Design or Implementation track.  

   
 
What is Certification?
The Avaya Certification program awards credentials to individuals who demonstrate technical skills in integrating voice networking, data networking, and applications into powerful business communication solutions.


Avaya exams are skills and Avaya product/solutions based. They specifically test your ability to understand and appropriately apply a variety of industry standards, protocols, and technology required to design or implement optimal communication solutions.
